Welcome to Willowtown Community Primary School

Headteacher's welcome

Dear Parents and Carers,

With warm spring greetings for another busy half term here at Willowtown! This term’s news is full of information on our wonderful charity fundraising efforts, with nearly £650 raised for Mind and Comic Relief in the past few weeks, as well as details about Sports Day, future fundraising for Hospice of the Valleys and a brilliant victory in the All Wales Coding Competition for one of our Year 5 Coding Club members. There are important details below about signing up for a Pupil Progress Meeting with your children’s teachers over the next two weeks: your vital opportunity to check in on progress and learning and how you can support your child at home. There are also plenty of activities going on for you to get involved with—from our Gardening Club to the regular and excellent range of PTFA events. Please ask at the School Office if you would like to get involved.
